Talk about Blockchain and Agrifood, at the Gra.MA.R. Final Event

Today, I am giving a talk about our results on the application of DLT for food traceability at the Final Event of the Gra.MA.R. Project (PSR 20214-2020, Strategia 16.7.1) at the Centro di Catalogazione dei Magredi (San Quirino, PN). In my talk “L’applicazione della tecnologia della blockchain per la tracciabilità nelle filiere agroalimentari” I illustrated how this technology, through the creation of an immutable and decentralized digital ledger, allows for tracking every stage of the supply chain, from farm to table.
